I was looking for some alternate sources for my physics class, and I came across these videos. Dr Anderson, you were one of the best teachers I have ever had. I remember failing your class, and I felt so incredibly bad about it. It probably (hopefully not) happens a lot, and I'm sure it wasn't a big deal to you, but it was a big deal to me. I felt like I personally let you down, and had trouble looking you in the eye after that. You seemed very understanding, though. I took your class again, tried very hard, and finally passed! I want to say that it was your class, that after 14-16 years of schooling, that finally taught me the value of studying and homework. On a side note, I am a physics teacher in high school now, and your class and teaching style are definitely one of my biggest inspirations and influences. I probably spend far too much time on E&M, but it's now one of my favorite topics. Thank you for all of your dedication and hard work!

I have watched the video for 12 minutes. There are four mistakes: The arrow of rays should be in the middle on the straight line, the metal surface of a mirror is behind the glass, the laws of refection must include the incident ray, the reflected ray and the normal lie on the same plane, and the image of mirror should be written in dotted line.
I was struggling to comprehend why the focal point would remain fixed then I realised it's only an approximation for small values of theta (or for a mirror that has a large R)
what, light is a ray, a wave, and a particle, and a quanta-um... and electrically charged... finally got something right, what the glass was for... is f(focal point ) always half the radius? wow an infinity saw, I know it's just flat, but still, lasers. We could cut the universe in half, obviously not, but fun to think about it.
21:15 actually, If we were to see you inverted we wouldn’t be able to comprehend the text, because you’d be writing inverted for us all. Your mirror inverts your image back (?), if that’s how it works. So, that’s why when you raise your left hand we see your left hand. When you raise your right hand, we also see your right hand. Or maybe, your editors edited your video to be inverted again, so the whole time (without any editing) you’re basically writing while the mirror is inverted to everyone else. When they edit the video, they invert it back. That’s how I do it sometimes, too…but if that’s not the case, I’d really like to know why the mirror should be inverted to us but it isn’t.
