@@jonathanrawls5766 Yeah I agree you need a pool at this price point. Price is always negotiable though! You may be able to negotiate a discount to cover your own custom pool to your liking.
I don't get the obsessions with pools just because the house is expensive lol. But you can always find a luxury home with one seen plenty and sometimes are actually cheaper than this one. If your going to be using the pool often then I get wanting one at the price that it is, but if not I can't see it being a deal breaker.
@@shabrethajennings7291 One thing to consider is the cost to maintain a pool, it may not be worth the expense for some! 😅 Especially if it’s heated.

This is exactly what is wrong with the housing market ! Who is going to live there ? Certainly not a couple just starting out in life that needs a affordable home . I'm sure the builder of this overpriced monstrosity will ne elated when it's sold .
@@Ds74-pmrq A couple actually stopped by when I was filming it, they said they were considering purchasing it and went to look at the back yard to see what kind of pool they would want to install! 😅
Perhaps that same couple 5 or 10 years down the line will buy it.

Personally, I'm single and this home would be over my budget of a million dollars so please don't project your thoughts on to others. Beautiful home as I also like to check out the backyard first. Here in California this home would be much, much more trust and believe me as I'm telling the trust.
It's just not for you buddy it's affordable homes in your budget you can watch a TH-cam video and build your own house for 30k no need to hate on the next man just stay in your lane and if you change your attitude about life god will bless you to where you can have some like this one day !
