Firstly, thanks for the video. But unfortunately, I cannot do some commands which you could do. For example, I cannot connect more than one MD slider to 'curve on surface'. I don't know why. Maybe because of the new version of rhino.

I got the problem. If you want to create a new wire without erasing the existing ones, you need to drag with left mouse button while holding shift.

How can I extrude them?
Perhaps you have to make an offset of the surface , make the same curves and finally loft them together
