When you’re close to the opponent Blast Rush doesn’t go through that slow startup animation downslams instantly. So you can do 4xM1 to Blast Rush on the ground and it combo extends.
What I go for is 4xM1 + Blast Rush, 3xM1 + uptilt and ladder with his dash, 4xM1 then AP Shot.
This leaves them at like 9 HP so it either kills if you’ve done dmg already or you can just hit them with Grenadier Shot or Stun Grenade and they die.

You can downslam stack stung grenade to do a cool end for extra dmge into the beam

Maybe extending with dashes off a downslam can be a little hard and it’s very situational as it requires for you to uptilt on 4th m1 to do the delayed downslam (won’t work otherwise) but laddering with dashes is extremely easy, you should try it👍
