Itachi can barely kill someone with Tsukiyomi in mode, I don't think he can kill a mostly full health All Might just with his normal abilities, and once he comes out of it he can 120-0 in a single combo he can't escape out of with his base move.
The afk place gives u some exp so u can lvl up, pro servers give more exp and money, the higher the level of the server, more gold and lvl u get, and doing missions or playing ranked helps too
