Ninja Gaiden 2 CH3 Balcony skip for New Game speedruns

I'm trying this now on Mentor and doesn't seem to work. Wall jumping followed by shuriken and Y at highest point. The character doesn't fall past the balcony, it stops before the balcony every time.

I figured it out, the sensitivity for shuriken then Y is very strict. Y must be pressed instantly after B is pressed.
