My favorite podcast so far and that's saying a lot because I love and have found great help in all of the ones I have listened to so far. Thank you!

I’ve been listening to this channel since I fist founded maybe a week ago. My habit is that when I like a content I would listen to oldest posts to the most recent in that order. Is a way for me to assess the value in investing my time in the channel or not for self growth and to find answers that I’ve been seeking since forever ago and I’m 46 now. This is my prefix to say that after I don’t know what number episode is this I finally found the piece that was missing. Thank you to the speaker of todays episode I’m still processing my feelings to identify what this meant to me. What button did it push. Let me pause here to say… Dr Hanson I relate so much to whom you were and who you are now. feels like a familiar brain therefore most of what helped you will most likely help me. I now saying it will, just saying is worth a try

Wow!! Really amazing conversation that touched me deeply! Can’t wait to watch it again with my husband. And I’m going to get her book! Thanks so much Forrest for being so open and honest, about the gym, I was beating myself up for the same thing as you mentioned it!! 😇❤️🤙🏼

The will of the ego vs the will from the conscious self … so simple, one would even think ‘obvious,’ and so insightful when I heard you all three talking about it🙏It left me thinking also about the way we love or give love to others… where is that love coming from? From that egoic self or the aligned one? It’s easier to differentiate between a bad and a good action: no doubt here…
But what about the quality of our willingness? If that willingness comes from that place of alignment with consciousness, would the quality of our love be affected too? Most surely do …
My head is still spinning with the endless interconnections and possibilities we can come up with… where is our will coming from? From should’s and shouldn’t? From the certainty we are honouring our elevated self? Still half way through and couldn’t help writing this🙋‍♀️
Rick, thank you for categorizing the different types of will do beautifully…
    Thank you!
