There is a town in New Zealand (I recently visited there to see my brother graduate university) and it literally encourages graffiti, like it has graffiti spaces on walls around construction and on the side of buildings, this city is a predominantly older town with a lot of uni students coming during the semesters but it was really cool to see that they encouraged it in a positive way. It wasn't like those random taggings or stupid words it was actually really beautiful pictures and designs
