you probably wouldnt be able to do it solo, a few accounts definitely yeah. as for groups that bash structures, I think you will very quickly realise how incredibly boring it is and leave within a month, but your best bet would be highsec wardec corps like blackflag or riot.
You might as well get faction radiation sink, they're more expensive than T2 but it's worth it in term of dps, plus the Zirn is expensive enough that you can justify a bit more bling
It's a rely nice looking ship. just a shame it's only use is structure bashing or capital fight's. But it's always nice when you see a structure blow up :)
