@@Smallbore2wheels 3 reasons come to mind, 1. difuse the lights inside, so it doesnt show the lightsources inside, 2nd reduce the light output, specially cause of the red sign above it, the white might be a bit much, really quickly and 3th they tried to get the white plexi to look more like the maybe not so white original logo colours and used bad vinyl.
That looks way better. Will they do more vinyl on them?

What kind of vinyl is used on Chanel letter signs? What’s the best way to replace the faded vinyl?
It feels like 2 layers because that's what it is...the vinyl + laminate..
What kind of white vinyl do you use so you can't see the led nodes come through?
