    Nice to see they added negro spirituals for portrait the slave situation the slugs were in. Also, i think the snake is a reference for some vodun or voodoo god, like papa legba or damballa (this last one is portrayed as a snake). This is so Louisiana culture

      @@tristanband4003 as far as I know, that entities on particular (papa legba and damballa) were neutral deities. And I heard some devotes say that legba is a trickster, and it's not the only one. West African mythology is full of trickster deities

      @@jeromewilliams8126 I think there is no full song( I was trying to find it too. There are only samples from zero-g vocal planet, so I took them and arranged in a form of a song like the one we all heard in the show.

      @@ТарасКулагин its quite the coincidence that this sounds a lot like Promise to meet me by Green Castle Homer, only thing is that song was released in 2013 apparently while courage the cowardly dog was in the early 2000's. I'm not sure if this was some old song which had bits and pieces here and there that the makers of courage decided to take when they went to that library. Honestly doesn't make sense to me how a song like promise to meet me was even released in 2013, seems a lot older
