    Thank you Steven - lots of useful, and as you mentioned, powerful, techniques there. Sorry if I'm being dense, but could you go into more detail as to why the length of the straight curve separating the By Law Curve away from the trilobular base sketch has to be set equal to the perimeter of the trilobular base sketch via the Associative Measure function? That straight curve separating the two sketches seems like an extra bit of geometry that doesn't need to be there. Couldn't the sketch for the By Law Curve in the Swept dialog be sketched with the endpoint of the perpendicular lower portion of the By Law Curve piercing the trilobular base sketch? I'm missing why there has to be that separation distance that is equal to the perimeter of the trilobular connected curves base sketch. Thanks!
