One thing I like about Roy Keane is that he is true to himself, never change and doesn't give a shit about what media or anyone thinks about him.

Even Ferguson (whom I reluctantly admire as a Liverpool fan even though I loved it when he lost) had a personal touch that was world class. Great bosses inspire loyalty, and yes Roy Keane ticks many boxes, but he's also belligerent and behaves like an alcholic father from the 1970s. It's 30% too much, which if he did correct could make him a great manager, but the fact is that he'll never make that adjustment.
