Another great vid! Is it possible to do incremental import for Workdrive? E.g. I want to collect files in workdrive, and then use dataprep to auto import and then export to crm....
Hi Brian! Unfortunately, it wouldn't work exactly as it sounds like you're planning. Dataprep points to individual files, rather than file folders, so uploading a new file to a folder would not automatically trigger a sync. You could, however, connect each file to Dataprep when you upload it to Workdrive, then apply the same syncing template to push that data to CRM. Hope this helps!
Thanks. Yeah that's what I'm currently doing, but would be nice to have auto import. Hopefully workdrive will have that functionality soon (it seems they support it for Google drive, Box etc already, just not workdrive)
Hi Brian, Fetching new files from WorkDrive functionality is now available in DataPrep 2.0. Reach out to support if you need some help setting this up.
@@AlanFrancisfthanks! yeah I have been playing with it but it's still a bit buggy. Doesn't support the very latest file for some reason. Backend team looking into it I'm told...
Last and First are reserved words, hence you were getting the grey.
