Theory: In one of the scenes in the first movie, Tree suspected Danielle of being her murderer but since Danielle and Tree died before Tree got to confirm Danielle isnt the murderer and in the next scene with her crossing off Danielle's name. Its possible that in between, Tree attempted once more to check if its actually Danielle and confirms it isnt her and the rest goes on with Tree dying to baby face again and waking up to Carter's room. So thats possibly how she crosses off Danielle as the murderer and Tree dying 11 times

I haven't lost either of my parents, and I've come to terms with the fact that they're gonna die no matter what. So I'm not sad about the idea of them dying or them being already dead. It's just the knowledge that she lost her mom and probably wasn't ready to think of the possibility of her gone forever. That's what got me sad. I get sad at other peoples loved ones dying, apparently.
I think the way she timed her fall in front of the couple is by doing it repeatedly until she maps it out. That means there’s a possibility she died more than what was counted.

I have to say, this is one of the better sequels I've seen It had Some really good kills, excellent Character development, Good amount of humor, And did a good job telling us how the loophole happened
As much as I like both films, I kind of wish they hadn’t made the second one or had at least gone with a different storyline. I really like the ambiguity in the first film. You really don’t know how or why Tree is stuck in the time loop and that sort of magic made the film that much more fun and interesting. In my opinion, the sequel really spoils that magic by literally explaining everything. Before the sequel, my personal theory was that Tree’s mom or some other guardian angel was looking out for Tree, ensuring she prevailed in the end.
17:00 It kinda reminds me that part from the game Life Is Strange... Where the protagonist needs to choose between saving her best friend, or the city shes been living at. Both endings require her to choose between going back in time for one last time or keep living the path she is already at. Kinda like the way they decided this movie to go with.
Well it's not entirely the same. Max altered the time, so her present isn't actually the present that was planned. So it's less a going back to the past and more of a fixing the fucked up time-line, but it's kinda similar

I have to say, this is one of the better sequels I've seen
It had Some really good kills, excellent Character development, Good amount of humor, And did a good job telling us how the loophole happened
I honestly really like the way the film explains it, I think bloomhouse did a great job
As much as I like both films, I kind of wish they hadn’t made the second one or had at least gone with a different storyline. I really like the ambiguity in the first film. You really don’t know how or why Tree is stuck in the time loop and that sort of magic made the film that much more fun and interesting. In my opinion, the sequel really spoils that magic by literally explaining everything. Before the sequel, my personal theory was that Tree’s mom or some other guardian angel was looking out for Tree, ensuring she prevailed in the end.

17:00 It kinda reminds me that part from the game Life Is Strange... Where the protagonist needs to choose between saving her best friend, or the city shes been living at. Both endings require her to choose between going back in time for one last time or keep living the path she is already at. Kinda like the way they decided this movie to go with.
