I really like how you embrace the idea of “well their gonna use it like their gonna use it” ie chromies on an impact and I agree especially if you’re new in the industry and on a budget buying 2 sets of the same sockets sucks. That said there is a place to use caution if you’re working IN an engine just watch out for flaking chrome. Every socket can do it and a small piece of chrome popping off and landing on a camshaft or something like that can really ruin your day. It used to be much more common for truck and heavy equipment shops to ban chrome sockets in engine bay work but some of the “old school” rules aren’t shared any more just something to be aware of. Fwiw
Love how real world use oriented you guys are and design your tools around that idea. And your probably the most open and reactive to customer ideas in the industry. Keep doing your thing guys.
Super nice catalog guys will definitely be picking one up and I love that all the stuff that’s not out yet is still in the catalog! VIM IS TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONE!
To complete those 3/8 drive master set of socket you’re missing the 15/16 and 1 inch and I would complete the metric side all the way up to 24 no skips.
Also few ideas, Could we get a big boy seat that's collapsible with some wheels on the bottom? That would be awesome cause then I can collapse it and store it in my box and then pull it out and have a great rolling stool. Other is is make the regular collapsible seat but with a tool tray built in it and maybe a flat panel you can put over it to use as a seat or as a set up tool tray you can have next to you. I would also like some regular flare nut wrenches made up to the 200% ansi standard only because I work in the rust belt and just have a little concern about the racheting ones you guys have. I haven't bought them yet because I'm concerned they are gonna end up at the bottom of my box because they don't grip tight enough or can really break free rusty fasteners on lines. I really like just solid metal with no play so nothing can go wrong or break or strip it or round off corners. I would also love some sort of belt hook up so I can keep one of your mag rails on my belt. Like the smallest rail just to hold sockets or a rachet, etc. that or maybe an arm band or something. I've seen other companies with a similar idea but the magnets suck but your guys magnet rails rock and I could see an arm band with some steel in it that the mag rail could just stick onto and boom magnet on your forearm My other thing I would love to see is little dividers I can add to one of your mag rails and make it one of those pliers organizers. I doubt they would cost much but could be really cool. Final thing and question: what time of the year do you guys do discounts or sales and stuff if you guys do that stuff? Obviously I like your stuff and you give good prices already I was just curious if you guys have any sort of schedule for that kind of thing
hey i really love your content and your tools and i was woundering if you guys ship outside of the USA? i live in Norway and i am thinking of buying some of your tools. keep up the good work. :)
I believe you guys talked about it in your previous videos, but do you plan on going to 24mm in 3/8? And what size range are you planning to do for 1/2 sockets when you get there? The other thing is are you guys thinking of doing a “build your own bundle” type deal? So instead of having to do the fixed ratchet being able to swap out for a flex head or ignore the extensions etc. I’m looking forward to the 1/4 set in the next month but holding off on the 3/8 set cause I want it up to 24mm just for ease. Love being able to bring 1 socket set to an area and being able to do 90% of the job with that one set instead of having to bring a bunch of stuff or my entire cart clear to the other end of the shop
Another excellent video featuring the coolest smol limousine doggo on all of yootoob and some cool tools to boot! How many of those sausage doggos you fellas have running around? Thanks fellas and keep 'em coming! Cheers!
We love these sockets .. and all of your products… I guess I need to change the terminology when I explain how strong these sockets are!!! Lol it’s 200 not 400 he he 😂
I have a Matco 6s and Macsimizer cart Red trim, blue for base and white on the hutch door and my cart base is white with blue drawers and red trim. Had them for over 4 years and love them. Especially now since they are paid for lol.
Nice! Just checked out the catalog. I cant find the extra deeps 8mm to 19mm online so Im guessing it hasnt been released yet. Any word on when that will be? You guys are becoming one of my favorite tool companys, keep up the great work!
Just got a text from my Matco truck guy from Indiana and he said he was in Fla. at a tool show and he said he grabbed me a catalog like I have been bugging him for the last month!!
As someone who has to tools for on the go. I’d like to see sets, of more than just the master socket sets without the foam. I don’t have any need for the foam.
I have zero need for either of your new sets. They would be triples and even quads of certain sockets. But I'll probably still end up getting a set just cause how bad I want them 😂. I purchased your 1/4 rachet like the one in your kit and it's turned into my number one go to.
I have 3 Mac Tools/Snap-on Orange tool boxes with Chrome Trim and they are absolutely beautiful. I would Never part with them. Fireball Orange & Chrome!!!

Love the Catalog...stay safe traveling to the shows.
Color choices are great! White would be a good addition along with some fluorescent colors. Good luck at the shows and have fun! 👍 🍻
Episode 69. Nice.
LET'S GO VIM TOOLS 🏁
Super nice catalog guys will definitely be picking one up and I love that all the stuff that’s not out yet is still in the catalog! VIM IS TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONE!
I have a Mac toolbox that is sunburst yellow and 15 years later I still love it. your mag-rails are by far the best
Love what you guys are doing! Especially by keeping your name to your face!
Would love a catalog
Oh last question, when is the 1/2 master set coming?
Have you considered doing semi deep sockets. Chrome or impact
This, I would definitely be on board for some mid length chrome sockets. I have all three in Impact.
I love my SMS400 set I want to get the SMS600 set next! Great video
I want that table y’all use every week!
I would love the white socket rails
To complete those 3/8 drive master set of socket you’re missing the 15/16 and 1 inch and I would complete the metric side all the way up to 24 no skips.

Those socket sets are amazing!!! 💯
Hello again, Vim Tools
Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I enjoyed watching tonight's video. Again thank you 😊
these looks so nice
I have a 72" Master series in Orange with sides. I've had it a few years and I still love the color.
Thanks for another great review.
If we order the socket subsets do we get to choose what color magrail comes with it or is it whatever y’all decide to put them on?
You need to do replacement tools no questions asked
I buy everything in orange. My box is black with orange trim. If you had more orange tools I’d buy em for sure

Just a curious question please. Do you guys offer discounts to veterans. Thank you
Good sets
Dealer here, are the generic brown boxes a firm thing or will tools eventually get picture packaging?? Awesome tools, a little troubling presentation.
Are the extensions made of the same material as the sockets?
Downloaded the catalog. Trying to look at it gave me a headache. I think there is a programing or settings issue with it.
Another excellent video featuring the coolest smol limousine doggo on all of yootoob and some cool tools to boot! How many of those sausage doggos you fellas have running around? Thanks fellas and keep 'em coming! Cheers!
Hey, do you guys make really long extensions? Like 15-24, inches? I really like your stuff and would love some extra long extensions
Do you have any mid length sockets?
We love these sockets .. and all of your products… I guess I need to change the terminology when I explain how strong these sockets are!!! Lol it’s 200 not 400 he he 😂
Is there an ETA on the uj10k or the magrag16bk?
I have a Matco 6s and Macsimizer cart Red trim, blue for base and white on the hutch door and my cart base is white with blue drawers and red trim. Had them for over 4 years and love them. Especially now since they are paid for lol.

You guys should come out with mid length sockets! Is that in the conversation for new products? Or do you have them already?
As someone who has to tools for on the go. I’d like to see sets, of more than just the master socket sets without the foam. I don’t have any need for the foam.
How much would it cost me to get the master set 3/8 just the foam?
Can you sell both those sets but with the flex head ratchet? I’ll order both of them
I like the SMS600, but prefer flex head ratchet. I love your comfort grip handle
You going to realease a 1/2 Drive Master Set? 3/4?
I have zero need for either of your new sets. They would be triples and even quads of certain sockets. But I'll probably still end up getting a set just cause how bad I want them 😂. I purchased your 1/4 rachet like the one in your kit and it's turned into my number one go to.
When are you restocking BTXL400 i got a wad of hundreds and Im ready to splurge!
Craftsman will blow these junk tools away!
yellow is my favorite and I would like to see them in yellow .
You guys are constantly going 'off the rail' Why else would so many of us hang around and watch? Entertainment, that's what it's all about! Thank you
So what's the point of the catalog if you don't put prices of the stuff in there I downloaded catalog and I would buy stuff but no prices
Hi viz socket rails! 😂
Sockets without the rail. Not due to price but some of us are into a specific organization system and these just get wasted.
Why don't yal have amazon set up
Sick hat
Hi viz yellow rails please, make it match the snap-on hi viz tools…. My box is black hibiscus is just so you can see if one is missing
I have 3 Mac Tools/Snap-on Orange tool boxes with Chrome Trim and they are absolutely beautiful. I would Never part with them. Fireball Orange & Chrome!!!
