In the buff bar you can see when the fear from the first ability will work. Basically it has an internal cd for the fear aspect which riot failed to put into the tooltip for the ability
yet there must be something wrong generally with jungle camps and this passive - cuz "apparently" they can see you over walls (sometimes) so your fear doesnt apply consistently = 1/2 DMG on Q
I've tested it plenty of times and the only time it was consistent was out of a brush even though they shouldn't see me over a wall
There is also a dark circle under fiddlesticks. I think it's easier to look at it than at the bottom bar
i just tested this and was looking at the buff bar. it definitely has an internal cd, it is broken in a bad way. as riftguides stated you can't apply the fear consistently with this kind condition, which hurts his jungle clearing
So I've been doing some testing as well and I'm pretty sure the Q passive should be read as "while out of combat and (stationary, or not visible to the enemy team)", in other words, you have to be out of combat to proc the fear. If you wait 5 seconds (to exit combat) after attacking and then you use an ability on the raptor camp from that position around 7:20, it should fear them (or at least it did for me).
I wonder if this means it may be optimal to wait a couple seconds between some jungle camps to exit combat so you can fear them and do more damage with your 1st ability?
Waiting 5 seconds is a death sentence to jungle clearing - and it feels very unrewarding.
I hope they fix this or take a look at it, because it actually punishes you for being good lol.

I’m otp fiddle on League, it’s awesome u can drain while moving I love it ! Specially since all of them are bad when opposing team haha. It’s not an easy to pick up champ ❤

The reason you don't fear is because only the second part of the passive is an OR. The first part - you have to be out of combat is essential. But either stationary OR not visible to opponents for abilities to fear.

You had just attacked the target dummy in mid brush though so you were still in combat. If you were not in combat or waited to get out of combat that slash would have feared the chickens.

Tbh this fiddle sucks compared to pc no cd reduction on W complete, no point and click Q and no broken vision passive i tried it while having like 300 game on pc with it, it's quite trash u lack vision cuz no buyable pinks

Honestly I think the best build is actually building deathcap when you're about to hit level 12. Level 12 gives you the original 40% that deathcap gave before its change (level 13 is 42, 14 is 44, and 15 is 45).
People are taking the new level scaling of deathcap as too much of a hindrance now but it's actually not that bad considering the pace of the game and it being a new change. It's just bad as a first item now
But then it's still around 3rd (the earliest) when we talk about ~lv12
@@RiftGuidesWildRift the thing I'm doing is building mana boots, then ludens echo, pendant and then deathcap but for Zoe. Can probably switch pendant for mejai's then go into deathcap. At that time you should be very close to 12 or already at it unless you're behind. I think managing the timing of Deathcap is the best thing to do instead of building it 4th or 5th.
