Personally, I do think it would help if you during the time you're doing a lot of talking, you had the screen up to show which areas you're talking about in general. It felt a little "talking to the screen-heavy" between 0:45 to 3:40-ish, if that makes any sense. Generally I like it when the presenter shows what they're talking about, or if they don't want to show the screen for some reason, just keeps it down to a few sentences, then goes to the screen. Just my opinion though, do whatever works best for you.
It might also be worth adding a link to your "Screens" video that you were talking about. I see that you have a link to your Jira Tutorial play list, but I always get a little weirded out clicking on URL shortener links - I'll see if I can find it through your channel manually.
