@@peterbradbury784 hahaha I love the joke, but there's also a side to it, in india and pakistan people usually start of factories in small shacks or privately owned land and they lack capital, safety measures are expensive $$$ I can bypass the expensive safety measures by spending just 10% of what I've would've spend on safety by bribing the officials, now as I lack capital i hire daily wage no skilled labours. Today he's working in my factory tomorrow he'll work somewhere else. Factory & labour conditions are much more dire in Pakistan than it is in india as in india there is stringent q.c for export commodities issued by FICCI

Basically what I see here is make sure you do all the hard manual labor so you don't hurt our machines when we have to do the fine-tuning that's exactly what I see here

Это производство не было введено в работу по многим причинам
- здесь крайне-опасно работать.
Хдесьц нет понимания о Т.Б. Правил Техники Эксплуатации.
Труд этот запрещен Законом в СССР.
Все нарушения всех норм труда.
Даже карторжан запрещено использовать в этой работе.

the metallurgy is sort of any kind you can guess since it's not from one source so it can be soft metal to hard metal to anything mixed with all sorts of other metals ????? if they use rail road only or ship hull steel then there could be consistency and an idea of what it is but this is a jumble of metals in pot ???????????????
It looks like cast iron now. All the chemicals needed to make steel are burned off into the atmosphere.
