Thar was also recalled.. So was scorpio.. Tata has issues.. But they don't do scam like this at the time of booking.

I went to a dealer. They did mention that if I book Z8L then they will try to push my booking in 25k and get the delivery by Dec. I backed out for one simple reason. Rear seat is not split, so I can either keep luggage and seat 4 (rear captain seats), or i can seat 6 with some luggage space. No option for 5 seats which is the most passenger car load.

Many people will cancel the bookings also , so expected delivery period may also change . It's like wait and watch till we get expected delivery date .
Bookings might be cancelled because most of the are done at dealership and there is no need to pay the money there....They are now asking the payment from tge customers whose bookings are confirmed..
This is also the reason why dealers were able to book and individuals couldn't.
I tried using 5 devices
Fortunately only 1 account didn't crash(but server was quite slow)
So, i have booked at introductory price i.e., under 25000 booking

Mahindra should seriously consider buying a factory to increase production. All their cars are selling like hot cake. And they have to cater to export market too.
Mahindras factory is running on 64% utilisation so this is not a problem of production it is a problem of semi conductor chips but according to TSM chip shortage will end in one year

I know some guys who use bots in this kind of sale or anything. Those bots can make payments in a fraction of a second. They just have to pre load all the info for their cards and they are good to go.
