When I right click and select "Layer via copy" it is greyed out and and won't let me select it. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Mary. It looks like you are talking about 4:09. Make sure the Heart layer is selected before doing the "Layer via copy" step. If that doesn't work, right click on the Heart layer, select Rasterize. Then try make the selection again. Also make sure the Rectangular Marquee Tool is the same settings as mine (New Selection). Let me know your progress!
