I love this Bible! I'm so 'obsessed' with 'what does this mean give me an answer!' that it gets me overwhelmed. This one seems more devotional and reading his stuff in this one calms me and/or redirects my thoughts to see things differently. His how to read the Bible in the front is excellent. I have the fake leather and already some pages at the front are coming loose :-( but I take it around with me so it's not sitting on a table pristine. I found one cheap on ebay and ordered it just to have a backup!
I just inherited one today ©️95. It's one of my best Bibles now. My first real Study Bible, besides a NRSV someone gave to me. But I Don't Stray too far from the KJV. I also inherited The Living Bible ©️71 Paraphrased that I need to check reviews on before I read. What I did read I never read anything like it before out of a Bible. I need to make sure it's not blasphemous.
