the real indian wedding`s crazy thing is its DESIPAN which was missing totally here.I think that thing is present only in those who are born and upbringed in India.Yes it is nice but not as the indian great style

Junaid Butt Oh I won't contest that. I am sure the decadence and self-indulgence of north americans and europeans is 10 fold than south asian exorbitance. It could be a matter of pure economics. Just that given the depravity and poverty in south asian morally it perhaps feels bit reprehensible and its westerners who usually raise such moral questions as an act of self-righteousness. But you are right it does not excuse their own superfluity and lavishness in the face of other inequality within western societies. Its a moral question that faces all societies but rich south asians perhaps have additional responsibilities since our societies counter western models by taking the moral ground in such matters preaching austerity and simplicity as answer but in practise there is lot of hypocrisy. Having said all that its not worth finger pointing as its not west vs east its more about the universality of human behaviour and at the end of the day rich people in all societies behave a certain way and poor people do the same. And in 21st century people like you and me behave certain way that is sit and comment on youtube videos..lamenting on this age old human problem..hehehe. cheers.
