    The problem is that people tried to put him on the same level as Bron. That set the expectation of more chips with each move he made. The fact that Rashad is saying he ain't even in Year 21 is further proof. Now, KD did himself no favors by leaving before completing the mission in Brooklyn. Now it's starting to not look good in Phoenix. He has to complete the process when he moves cities. LBJ was on the hot seat in Miami and in Cleveland the 2nd time. The bottom line is winning cures all.

LeBron is the exception to the rule and not everyone can do what he is doing. KD is in Year 16, so it's shouldn't be a surprise when he gets hurt in the layup line.

Even in scoring Lebron is elite close to the basket, transition & finishing at the paint. KD take the shots through flow of the game but Bron controls the game if his team unable to score he will start scoring, some times Bron will be in rythm but his teammates will be bricking instead of taking all the shots he will get his teammates open shots to get them going. Bron is playing with worst spacing for last 3 years even when they crowded the paint leaving 3pt shooter open, with that spacing KD can be efficient he will struggle. KD has had three of the most stacked teams of all time. People just gloss over the nets as if they didn't have 2 mvps and one borderline MVP. They were touted the heavy favourites by vegas three years in a throw. The odds were more favorible for the nets to win than when he was on golden state. Those teams failed due to his shitty leadership and inability to work with other stars. He then moves to phoenix which is also stacked. He gets hate because he can't win with such great teams.

    The beauty of his game suggested that he should've been this era's Jordan; a flawless potentially (2 way) dominant spearhead dwarfing lebron.
    Instead, healthy Kawhi was more like Jordan in 2 way dominance plus strength and flawless efficiency; bron was the more dominant player due to his playmaking, and Giannis makes greater impact overall on a given game despite his glaring deficiency of shot due to intangibles, playmaking, relentlessness and court warping defense.
    KD is the 4th best forward of his era; granted the other 3 are transcendent (HEALTHY KAWHI) and that's because the other 3 have proved definitively they don't need to join the 73 win warriors.

      Most people will say he’s a top 15 NBA player ever. That’s exactly what his legacy should’ve been based on his college tape

    Leaving OKC and a top 3 player in the league thinking joining a team that was in the Finals the year before (to validate his legacy as a champion) are 2 different issues. Choosing GS forfeited Kevin Durant’s “competitive integrity”.

    Y’all are trying so hard to get him on the show for views. If you are on a team with two of the best shooters in nba history you can’t get double teamed. He is a beast, but don’t ever in life compare him to the KANG. Look up his record against LeBron without Steph

      How did he destroy his legacy, he went to gs in free agency, left gs in free agency. Now their is a nick in his legacy in brooklyn I will admit but because he didn't do what nba media wants him to do they only wait for days when he has a bad game to talk about him. I believe he should be ok with his career. I think as he has gotten older he has become content

      @@evenebrown7353While I agree KD did what was best for him to put himself in position to win championships bc part of why he went there was bc of the unselfish style of basketball that GS played which fit his game so I understand why he choose GS but the media and critics on TV didn’t like his move bc they felt that it showed a lack of competitiveness when you joined a team that you had down 3-1 and blew it and then join the team that beat you so he caught a lot of heat for that bc in GS he didn’t have to lead bc leadership was already in place and they had already won a championship , won 73 games and went to 2 consecutive Finals.

    • @evenebrown7353
      @evenebrown7353 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @keonhendrickson638 yes, but it isn't up to the media to dictate where a player go,xwhen a team ships a player off I don't hear those complaints, what is said is it is business. Players are moving all over the place but I believe kd is hit unfairly because he went to gs.

    • @keonhendrickson638
      @keonhendrickson638 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@evenebrown7353 I agree that Players should take their careers into their own hands and do what is best for their lives and career but when you make a move like that you’ll get criticized regardless whether it’s fair or unfair this is what media does bc they feed off of narrative and storylines, and I agree that it’s unfair bc when organizations trade players to do what’s right for their futures but when players do what’s in the best interests of their careers, legacies, and livelihoods they are frowned upon so it is a double standard which is the unfortunate part of being in this business and having to deal with media slander all the time, same with Lebron when he left Cleveland and joined Miami he dealt with a lot of criticism and backlash and fans burned his jersey and wanted to see him fail when he first arrived in Miami so this is what you deal with in this business which is unfair to players but this it what comes with it.
