The 2000 series is know to have problems in the USA. An old mechanic told me there was a story written about it. Mostly the tractor design was rushed and it is possible to have the powershift be in two speeds at once damaging the transmission.

Hi! Thanks for the comment. We honestly don’t know how many models they made, but what we know is that very few were imported into Europe. The thing we are sure of is that this is the only one that has all-wheel drive because we made it. Looking at the serial number we noticed that it could be a pre-series

doese the v8 motor fit in a mf 2680?
We ran a 2745 with 2wd and it was over powered I can't imagine what this beast would have been like with the bigger engine.
The fact that this tractor has a metal fuel tank would date it sometime before 1978 ?
