Would have been nice if you tested Chromatic Aberration and Vignetting at F/1.2 to F/2.8. Those are the ranges people are likely to care about when they want to buy a lens like this. There's no point on the higher F-Stops because our kit lenses have that covered and do a nicer job anyways.
Great review! Thanks for reviewing the lens. I have the 7artisans 35mm F/1.2 for MFT. I'm tempted to get a second hand Fuji to try out the film simulation, and need a cheap lens to go with it. This may be the perfect choice for me.

Is a very nice little lens.... But it is a true 1.2 lens sort of .... You have to use it in low light situations

@ 5:14 Wow. That is one strong comment. Can you please elaborate farther in scientific terms? I like to know the exact dimensions as you can measure and then Transmission number instead of F number, if that is possible to be reported by you or anyone.

Great review! As it is not a real 1.2 maybe it would better to buy the Neewer 32mm f1.6 right?
I have not tried that Neewer 32mm f1.6 yet, so I cannot say. I truly believe that a wider aperture is not necessarily better so you could be right. Wider lenses run more risks of being soft wide open. Let me know what you find if you do get that! Should I review it?

Rigos Garage unfortunately my 35/1.2 was broken after only 20 minutes! But it was enough to see it is very soft wide open and it flares like crazy so not very usable. The 32/1.6 is smaller, cheaper and better in almost every way in my opinion

Meike produces better lens than this. Meike 35 1.4 is just a pleasure to use.
Meike and neewer are same by the way.
