@@malabikachatterjee5634 Sorry, I just saw your comment. Actually this condo was sucky a great value it sold really quickly. Are you interested in purchasing a condo here in Puerto Vallarta? I can send you some Listings of very similar condos that are available. Let me know. Cheers
Nice condo. It is nice to see what is available in the area and at what cost. Things I was left wondering about: 1- Where is the utility/laundry room in the condo with the washer, sink, and the clotheslines? 2- Is there a gym in the complex? 3- Where on the map of PV area is this condo located? Thanks for showing the condo to us. You have a very nice channel with good videos showing us PV.
Hi. Thanks so much for your kind words about my channel and videos. The laundry room is the first room on the right in the hallway as you walk through the front door. Unfortunately there is no gym in the complex. The address is Bambu Residencial, 447 Mezquite in Las Arboledas neighborhood. It is just north of the Fluvial neighborhood. If you google the address it should show up. I should have included a map on my video 🙁. I will know better next time. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to see the condo. Cheers. Stan
Hi John. I actually live in this complex and it’s a great development. Let me know if I can help you and answer any questions about the Puerto Vallarta area.
Hi Tiffany. Yes this does come furnished. Sorry I didn’t meet you before you bought in Versalles. Would have loved to have been your real estate agent but you did buy in an excellent neighborhood. I live near Versalles and love all the restaurants. Please refer me to anyone you might know looking to buy here in PV. Cheers.
I would rather buy a house with a pool. It just seems small for the price. Which is a good price, because I have seen some new condo's, on the beach in P.V. that are close to a million dollars and that's not including the HOA fees. They are nice but I would rather have a house. Thank You! Nice Condo by the way for the price.
@@thomasfranco5997 some people like a condo because they don’t want to deal with maintenance and also for the security aspect. I do understand why you would like to have a nice house with pool though. A lot more private for sure. Are you thinking about purchasing here in Puerto Vallarta? Be happy to send you some listings. Cheers.
Hi. Thanks for your comment. No this condo is not walking distance to the Centro and downtown area. To get to Zona Romantica on a weekday morning would take about a 25 minute drive with a lot of traffic. Not much traffic, maybe 20 minutes. You can walk to the beach though. It’s about a 30 minute nice walk from the complex down along the river (beautiful walk) across the main highway by La Isla mall and down to the beach.
Hola Stan, I write this with all the respect in the world because I realize this is your work, but I am not surprised of this condo's price due to how SMALL it is! I realize these developers are squeezing as much as they can from their square footage, but this is just ridiculous. Especially if you were to take the amount of money they are asking for this tiny place and built a home with it. They are building condo's in PV as small as they now build them in Thailand to milk as much expat money as possible, and as a Mexican-American it saddens me to see this. I guess when all you see are small condos you start thinking this is normal, but it's not. People need living space and privacy inside. Especially in a hot climate when going out is uncomfortable. But at least in Thailand the beach condo rents are low, unlike PV. It's pretty sad I will have to rent a beach condo in Thailand instead of my own country because the prices are made to milk wealthy expats. Love your vids, Stan. Buena suerte!
Thanks so much for your kind comments. This condo is actually 1400 square feet which is not really that small. Fortunately the real estate market here has leveled off compared to the past three years of rising prices post covid. It has become a much more normal market and developers are not as cocky as they have been. They are much more willing now to give discounts on their already discounted price list. I’ve proven that with some of my clients just recently. They are becoming much more humble. Most of the condos I’ve been showing are all at least this size and are more the rule than the exception. The condos are only worth what people are willing to pay for them but I do see your point. Hopefully prices will come down even more in the next year but business is good and people are buying. Thanks again for your kind words and please keep watching my videos. Cheers. Stan

Beautiful great price
Yes it's an amazing price for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse condo and it's in a good area.
Does this unit come furnished? I recently bought in Versalles with my partner and this looks great thanks!

Wow great deal! Is there a 🚍 that can take you to downtown?
Yes absolutely. There are busses that run right past the condo complex to the downtown area.
