Hi Danny, Laura from NJ here. Month to month is a great sign of a failing operator, especially when a tarp is on the ceiling!
captain obvious
Good afternoon Danny , Sammy here from Massachusetts
The most foolish thing you can do in life is, pay for a laundromat month to month.
She said that she was on the pill, but I would sweat it month to month.
Bwa ha HA!
@KingofLaundry for my 2400 sq ft complete retool store the wascomat distributor has quoted $600,000.
I have offered him $400,000 as someone told me there is 40-45% mark up on washers
Uh... That's not at all how that works.
@@KingofLaundry oh I thought one should never buy a store n get a lease from the Landlord and just retool the store with new equipment
Now I honestly hope the wascomat guy declines my offer
Uffda is Scandinavian Norwegian to be precise. I'm Norwegian background.
I believe "Oofdah" is Brooklyn slang for "you just got wronged, my friend."
Huge potential laundry Matt in Houston tx on the corner of kuykendhal and louetta spring TX
If there is additional space could you use that extra space be used for racks to do pickup and delivery? The new attendees could run that business in the laundromat and keep those machines running.
Excellent points. It's almost as if I would have suggested this myself. Maybe in some sort of streaming course or some such silly thing. #contractemployees #kingoflaundry
Why buy new equipment?
In this economy - in what ways would it be better being month-to-month?
Huh? - Month to month = NO business rights to ownership.
@@KingofLaundry thank you Danny. It was more of a generic question for the sake of getting month-to-month in the conversation.
