I've watched hundreds of Laura's videos and I've made quite a few of the recipes myself and they are phenomenal. But I've also wondered, why does nobody talk about how gorgeous she is? Lol absolutely beautiful!
I made these last night. They tasted great. I also made the sauce with the mushrooms (which was delicious) but my family thought that the taste of the mushrooms distracted the flavor of the lobster. Next time I'll skip the mushrooms and maybe make a white sauce. Thanks for the recipe.
Laura, I made this today with shrimp instead of Lobster and it was awesome!!! The only thing is I should have left the raviolis in the fridge as you said for a bit instead of leaving them out as when I boiled them they did tear a bit but didn't change their taste, it was such a yummy dinner! Was a bit time consuming but would definitely make it on the weekend again! Thanks for this awesome recipe! :)

I love your video shows! I have made your pizzas dough and it is my go to now, very easy and works every time. And i can cut in half and put some olive oil in a bag and put the dough in it and put in the fridge over night and the next day pull it out and let set for an hour at room temp and ta da! Ready to shape pizzas dough! Made your bread. Was great, husband loved it! Bought two frozen whole lobsters, hope to have some left over to make your ravioli!

Made this today and it was very good...but I used a simple marinara sauce. Next time I think I will double the lobster meat because it wasn’t as prominent as I wanted. Great recipe that I will use often for special occasions...thank you Laura💕

It usually says on the back of the poultry seasoning container what ingredients it contains. It usually has black pepper, nutmeg, and a mix of herbs like rosemary, sage, and thyme. I hope this helps! :)
