Great question! Usually it's realtors or they have friends they ask to do it (for free) or maybe they pay them somehow that I don't know about. But you could definitely post on local Facebook groups to find people (and pay them) or through backstage.com / create casting listings there if it's something you're doing a lot of. Working with people you're actually paying is definitely much more predictable than volunteers who might drop out for any reason lol. Also make sure to look into Model Releases in any case as you might want to use them to protect yourself / your client and keep things above board proactively.
Thanks ! I have zero experience using them but I have actually seen some samples of people using them and it looked pretty good. Pretty similar to shooting with an iPhone but with an even faster workflow (turn on and go). Did you end up getting one??
Hey Taylor! Thanks for the tips! I have a question, have you ever shoot like small apartments or condos, and if yes where can I watch them? Also, if you did shoot small apartments, how di you manage for example to create a video that is long enough for social media? Because the space is so small there aren't a lot of stuff to shoot! 😅
Hey! I haven’t shot a lot of tiny apartments. The most helpful thing for that will be to include detail shots (50mm+ of specific features if there are any) and film nearby area amenities / lifestyle benefits of living there if any + drone shots to give context & depth to the video. But also from a marketing perspective I think it’s ok to have it as short as it ends up because if there’s just a few features that makes sense not to drag it out.
Hi Taylor! Last week I started working with a real estate agency, i have tinked of working with them as a RE Marketing Agency that includes RE Video and Guided Tours, Social Media management, properties landing pages and ads campaing. Do you think it is possible to charge 2000/3000$ per month considering all the service included?
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo good to know your point of view, I will talk with people here were I live to determinate a fair price for both parts. Thank you!!

Great video!! Do you think you can do a real estate video with the DJI osmo pocket 3?

For sure, depending on the volume. That’s probably low to be honest though.
