Thank you to Mr. Grant for making this piece hold such meaning for all of us in the symphonic band. Honestly, that bittersweet moment for me ironically became the moment that we had to leave the church and move on from all-state. Like he said, this piece will always stick with us.
Truly. It makes me happy to see I'm not the only one from symphonic band who continues to hold this piece dear. It's unfortunate that this piece just doesn't hit the same when it's not live though
