They’re only thoughts they don’t represent you or mean you’ll act on them. As soon as you allow yourself to let go and not worry about them they no longer affect you as strongly. They’ll still always be there but they won’t affect you

There's something about those melodies that brings me a lot of relief so I can relieve traumatizing stuff and feel it so it would eventually go away. I think a lot, while listening to these.
