I think k'sante is hated by most because the pros complain about him, but anything lower than master (which is 1% of the playerbase), k'sante just becomes a normal toplaner

yes the e is mana expensive. rather than using E (which is worth around 3 Q manawise) you should be focusing on getting your stacks and only using E when youre fighting and not for poking
