Wow Connor. This was informative and fun to watch. Moldy microgreens are heartbreaking! Fortunately growing is so fast if one has to ditch them it is easy and cheap to start over.

Well, that is incredible helpful! I am definitely an overwaterer. I recently tried to find sprouts to make a tomato sandwich that I had been craving. It was so sad to find that grocery stores don't carry these anymore. They are a healthy addition that I used to enjoy often. I love that Amelia Island Microgreens is there to complete my favorite nutritious meal. Thank you, Connor!
