I don't know why locals sometimes don`t go to places like these, as a Buenos Aires' guy (A porteño) there is a lot of cool places in my own city that I've never go.

I got a breakfast sandwich there yesterday. I had them put everything but the kitchen as a topping. It was absolutely the biggest and best breakfast sandwich I had in NYC. I ordered on toasted sourdough. Remember to request toasted for that crunch on your bread. When the price came up on the register I thought they forgot to add something, but no it was just that affordable . I will definitely go back

One of my weekend staples! But do yourself a favor and go around the corner to C&B and try their sausage egg and cheese on sourdough. They make it with an amazing merguez. Best breakfast sandwich in the city IMO.

Almost a year ago I was in the area on a sunday noon, every place was packed and we were hungry, I wish I knew this place. Pinned it in google maps for my next visit to the city!
Blame Canada! 😂 But, that sandwich looked excellent! I can see the cantaloupe working on there, I'll often use fig preserves for a touch of sweetness. Awesomeness! And... There will always be new discoveries in NYC!
Haha! Yeah, the cantaloupe was definitely new to me. It works partly because it's not overly sweet. I definitely enjoy figs too. I wish people would incorporate them into food more. For sure! NYC is a city filled with endless things to be discovered!
So… You can eat Bernie Sanders? Actually there’s a really fun story. I once said to my friend to eat KFC aka Colonel Sander’s fried chicken but I accidentally said Bernie Sander’s fried chicken without realizing it. And my friend was like… what? 😂 that’s funny and f*ed up at the same time 😂
I had a lot of great food moments in Argentina, but the best was when I ate at Mishiguene. It's one of the best restaurants in the city and one of the best in South America. I had their tasting menu and I was stuffed! I'll have a full video in the future depicting my experience.
I wish that I would've been able to keep it clean, but by the end of my lunch many of the buttons were a bit messy. But it was worth it! That was a great sandwich!
Yeah, the bread in this video was still tasty and fresh at least, even though I would've liked a bit more crisp like with a French baguette, but yeah, the bread plays a major part.
This deli looks solid! Fun combinations....that sando you got was nuts! I got a terrible lunch today in Toronto that cost me more than your meal...so jelly!!!

I think it was about $16. It was really good!
