Shubham, I recently visited Ramouji and yes public transport is available. No direct public transport is available but yes split transport is available. I was staying at Abids and took a metro from Nampally to LB Nagar. From LB Nagar take a bus 555E it will drop you at the gate of Ramouji film city. Metro will cost around INR 35 and bust ticket will cost INR 35.
