  • In this video I take you to the tallest waterfall in the state of Ohio, Big Spring Hollow Falls. It is 120’! It is a seasonal waterfall and can only be found in the spring or after several days of rainfall.
This is part of the Hocking Hills Rappelling area and the Bridal Trail system. It is not a hard hike in that it is flat the entire way. The boulders at the base of the falls are massive. It feels other worldly in this area. You will see several rock formations.
This is approximately 10 min from Old Mans Cave and only two minutes from Conkles Hollow.

I saw some blue blazes! That must be on the Buckeye Trail!

About 3/4 of a mile north of the Buckeye Trail. Park at point 16 Old Man’s Cave section on Big Pine Road and follow the bridal trail heading straight north out of the parking lot. Definitely worth your time!
