Would love to see more of those "simple" tech deep dives. For example I've gotten frustrated with all the hoseclamps I used for the 701 radiator hoses while traveling the last 2,5 years. Either they chew up the hose or loosen over time. And the factory deforming ones are shit while traveling, as that radiator likes to be welded in regular intervals 😅. So yeah, please share tips and insights on all of these small things.
Great instructional video. I have a fetish as well but I’ll keep that to myself. 😂😂😂 Quality must always be the priority when you’re building any bike but especially an adventure bike. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
4:53 I made a noise seeing that crimp 😅 I also use the number rule for the grounds. I always put it on the last number in a superseal connectors and number 1 if It's a square one (2x2)
Great video Manuel, every time I see one of your video it is always a pleasure because of your passion in what you do!!! Grazie mille PS a quando i prossimi episodi della serie Dakar?
Do more such videos for the electrical and wiring side of builds.I personally appreciate the process before the result. Also, You forgot to tell us the name of the tool You used. Cheers
Hi, thanks. But have you tried the Durite crimping tool? It is retailing at around £70, and they say it gives a professional result every time. I am interested if you have experience with this tool
@@treebarbers no never tried it but will look for it, as I will be racing Dakar in Malles Moto in a month I definitely will not bring the expensive hella tool and looking for a reliable alternative!
i ordered the connectors from aliexpress and i can say that i cant feel them move around even slightly, clicks in place firmly and the pins have never broken on me apart from the time i put it wrong in the crimper. but i also didnt buy the cheapest one on aliexpress since it had worse reviews
Thank you for taking time to make this instructional video.

From more of the car world, I'd like to see the DT connectors and why you would chose one over the other

Great video ! Could you do a video covering auxiliary fuel tanks that are available for Husqvarna / KTM ? Thanks !

Were can i get the correct cripping tool for these connecters that you are using
I’d pay for the right tools if I was doing the job over and over again. Hard to justify for every now and then 🍻
Thanks!
