I've tried all four of these places and they are all excellent. However my choice for number one is definitely Texx burger. But you can't go wrong with any of them.

How would one know these are 100% Beef from Bison or which animals mixed? How do you know the authenticity and source of the beef?

just found your channel. moved away from Van 20 years ago nice to see Vancouver food channel, brings back memories. A lot of these neighborhoods are very diverse and quirky be nice if you showed a little more of the ambiance surrounding these restaurants and better menu views. Enjoying the content. Thankyou.
