Tayla needed to step to the right, away from Agboegbulen's right hand, & move her head left & right to offset her opponent's power. & Tayla stepping straight back from too close made it easy for her opponent to step with her and land punches. She needed to step around her opponent to make her think & reset. Poor fundamentals from Tayla, & the trainer should have recognized what was happening & stopped the fight.
The judge who scored this match a draw is an absolute disgrace to the sport and should be ashamed or probably suspended for gross professional misconduct

These girls aren’t boxers in any way. Neither have any defensive skills it’s clear whenever they come close they nearly clash heads both of them. It’s a sport that takes a lifetime to master and just because Harris is big and has good enough hands to knock other girls out it’s a big difference when another girl can throw some punches as well. Go back to footy I don’t think she relished what it felt like to be truely boxing. Lucky there short fights.

In previous years, she has mainly fought against cans, and the only time she faced a decent adversary (Dwyer), she received a highly favorable draw, despite being outplayed for most of the fight. In my view, she is surrounded by too many yes-men who only praise her, even when she approaches boxing as something to do in her leisure time, which is a dangerous mindset if she aspires to compete at the top level and contend for a World Title. I hope this setback will ignite her determination to abandon the "playing boxing" approach and instead, to embrace a true fighting spirit.

How about trying to teach her how to fight on the inside, instead of just leaning down. She froze, get her a top trainer, with all her great attributes, she can't miss.
