Imagine having a pool and telling your neighbor you can’t play in it cause the splashing and noise from kids jumping in and yelling having a good time. Literally no difference… there’s so many scenarios where it would be fine with anything else but when it comes to a big ramp people freak
That nothing new. Some neighbors will complain about ramps no matter how respectful you are about your skating amount and times. It has AWAYS been that way. I have had numerous mini and vert ramps over the years and there is always someone who will get their panties in a bunch.
This dude has the PERFECT opportunity to ask his neighbor to teach him how to skate. If he tried and fell in love with it like the rest of us he'd go to sleep happy hearing coping being shredded right outside his windows 😊
get some freakin headphones lol like is it suddenly illegal to make sound? When I first started skating my back yard my neighbor was upset about it but she got over it real quick when she realized it was only for a couple hours at a time max and only ever during the day. I think she was worried that my back yard was about to become a gathering spot for skaters lol
Don't buy a house next to someone with a giant vert ramp of you're going to complain about noise. Those are the same people complain about kids not going outside anymore.
My neighbor blasts 2 different radio stations outside to bother everyone 24/7 but the cops say it’s an ordinance issue… how do cops usually bust parties again?
Honestly this is a tough one. I totally empathize with those neighbors . A consistent nagging noise every day can really get to you as anyone who's lived near a train track can attest. Still, the ramp/train tracks were there first, so you kind of know what you're signing up for. Dude was being pretty dramatic.
The ramp was there first. Don't move to the area if you don't like it! It's like moving next to the airport and complaining about flight traffic.

this is why rural living is better. less people, and they're usually pretty chill. that guy robbed his own quality of life, misery loves company.
I understand if he's partying all night long, but skating especially mid day is not that loud.
Glad the ramp stays.

That mini ramp stays in that skatepark

Dude should charge for "street lessons" and then just havr "homie sessions" at the ramp after. Friends teach friends too! Not just paid instructors
