All my locals farmers are top guys. All will do what they can to help you. It's taken time to get to know them but well worth the effort to help them as well. Easy to do. Get a trapped or upturned sheep sorted, report damage, tell them of strangers poking around, give them a lift if they have broken down and things like this. They never forget.
The queen right dial was developed by Brian at Castle hives and Jason at Bohemia B's in the US. That has been a very useful tool for myself for keeping track of what is going on in my hives.
Your white board is very good and helps when you explain things . If people just listening on podcast it’s worth going back to look at your drawing on white board.
