just a tip, to cut the spice don't drink or eat any dairy or anything hot nor cold it will only enhance the spice, SWEETNESS is what kills the spiciness. eat or drink anything sweet or better yet a teaspoon or spoonful of sugar, it will immediately kill the spice.
