Getting started on adding this to the network tonight!
Awesome let me know what you think
thank you bro for this, THIS VIDEO helps me get somethin' new in my IT bag of tricks
Happy to help. Glad it was helpful and it’s a good product to use to learn the topics and to use for your home network or small business.
Hey man I just want to give you an important feedback. These educational videos must have chapters & timestamps. They will really help in making them more watchable.
I appreciate the feedback. I definitely need to start doing that more. Sometimes I definitely do forget about the timestamps. But I appreciate your feedback.
Nice this is very useful Pat.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for the comment.
how is the protection against malwares and ransomwares?
is there going to be a follow up video discussing this further?
great content!
Liked and subscribed!
Good part with it is THAT
Can I ask a question? In the OpenEDR tool, you first installed the agent. Then you told it to install the EDR and all the icons went green. Is that all part of the free package or do you have to buy a license for the EDR part?
Great way to get some hands on!
Absolutely great way to get hands-on.
how do you generate a link or something to send the email and invitation to someone you wanted to accesses to they computers
Have tried to install it but seems the telemetry is not sending anything to cloud server. I do manual scripting on power shell but no alerts on the web console
Cool video Pat 😎 💥
Thank you so much ☺️
Cool video bro thank you so much
Glad you liked it. Thank you 🙏
hi bro ; when i try to install edr; auto containment feature does not get enabled , any idea or clue on this part? also it does not allow me to add it in the associated profile also, plz guide
Gotta love these free tools.
Yeah free tools are the best.
I'm a little bit confused with their licensing information, is their EDR free for only the first 50 devices or not?
I use Windows. When I use the Xcitium client, a window asks me to enter a password. TWO options, 1: computer administrator. 2: remote access. I do not know what to do.
Bro, how good is the open source EDR, there are lots of commerce going on with EDR with integrated hardware firewall.
Also do you trust your data with the cloud providers for managed edr.
Yes, I trust it because everything is going to the cloud. And this is something you can use to learn. Maybe you can install this on some virtual machines in order to get that experience. If you don’t wanna use your regular computer.
@@InfoSecPat 👍 thanks for replying
How to compile it?
i’ve been using it for 1 years now ..
i just wanted to add another device for remote accesses
How to bypass edr?
Yeah, that’s a whole Nother topic. But you should definitely research how to do that if you’re interested in red teaming.
@@InfoSecPat If your a red teamer plz teach me your techniques to bypass defenses
Hey look guys one day I wrote you a bad comment I'm sorry for this and I apologize to you
