Kraft Dinner is the unofficial official dish of Canada, so let's convince Kraft to bring it to Canada!

I'm not Canadian but I know the pain of finding gluten free food, so I signed. As a Celiac it made me so sad when Starbucks stopped serving their certified gluten free breakfast sandwich at least Chick Fi A still has the gluten free bun
I'm American, tried the Kraft GF Mac and Cheese 3 times. Broke me out in blisters every time. I don't mess with it. I eat the Walmart Great Value knockoff with no problems. It's really just as good tasting.

I use the cheese pack from regular Kraft Mac n cheese and put in on gf pasta, I have to because my husband isn’t gluten free. I keep all the glutened macaroni so he can make his own meals with it.
I cook sausages then cut them into slices to put in my mac n cheese.
I know I'm a bit late, but I signed your petition just so they know we need more 😂👍

HAHAHA! I’m not sure if you’re Canadian, but please tell them that half of Canada does this!! The Barenaked Ladies also reference it in “If I had a million dollars”! - except with fancy Dijon Ketchups 😂

Be careful-they are not currently selling a gluten-free version in Canada. They don't have the facilities available right now to make the pasta safely, only in the US.
If you saw one, it may have been a different brand, OR I also had someone tell me they bought gluten-free Kraft Dinner in Canada, but they checked the package and it was actually a cauliflower pasta that was NOT gluten-free.

Ok, if it's GF KD you want but the dumb bells at Kraft don't want to make it available to Canadians, I have a suggestion. Annie's makes a GF mac 'n' cheese that I think tastes identical to non-GF KD. I find these boxes of Annie's at Walmart and Real Canadian Super Store (but they cost less at Walmart). All the cheesy goodness of KD, without having to worry about cross contamination or wasting the wheat-based noodles.

I am going to try a box of this today. It's $2.50 (usd) at my local store, but they have the non GF version on sale: 10 boxes for $10. Sigh. Time to pay that gluten free tax. Haha.

And yes, the dreaded gluten-free tax. 😭 But I'm willing to pay it for once-in-a-while items-better than no KD at all, in my opinion, for something safe to eat!
At over four times the cost of regular Kraft macaroni and chesse, I don't like it that much.

I think I ordered these ones from Target! (And then had a friend send them to me here in Canada.) I looked it up on their website and it looks like they still carry it. 😊
I would love to see you review walmart's GF dinner kits, specifically the cheeseburger dinner kit!! (I think it's crazy good!)
Thanks for the suggestion! 😊 I have never seen the cheeseburger dinner kit (I'm not very close to a Walmart so I don't go very often), but I'll make sure to keep an eye out next time I'm there. I do love the Great Value maple cookies from Walmart too, though!

What’s your favourite brand of GF pasta?
I like lots of gluten-free pastas! One of the best I've had is Rummo, but it's a bit pricy so I save it for special occasions. I also like the gluten-free Catelli pastas, which are more affordable. I sometimes buy chickpea pasta if it's on sale too, because I love that it's full of fibre/protein, but it definitely tastes like a "healthy" version of pasta, if you know what I mean. 😄
I had a GF Kraft mac and cheese the other day and it was so good. The issue. The noodles must not have really been GF as I got gluttend big time. Both my wife and I commented on how good they tasted. I had remarked, these don't really task like the GF ones but after checking the box again it was definitely a GF box of Kraft mac and cheese. I should have been suspicious as I have have been eating the GF ones for months now and new they just tasted way to good to be GF. Not sure if anyone else has run into this before. Now I just don't trust them.
