    Thanks Dr Peeush Prabhat for uploading this excellent video . I came across this video about two months back after watching Buddha serial on Netflix during lockdown.
    This video is very well made 👍
    Voice is good , soft n sweet
    Content n words are very appropriate
    The whole video has been very well made
    It’s now my daily routine in the morning and if possible in the evening also .
    I really congratulate you for this attempt especially because you are a medical professional n have faith in your efforts!!!

    Hi sir this meditation I did in vipasana in10 day residential program when I was pregnant.. I don't remember the result on me.. but my baby is very calm n understanding.. he is not aggressive, stuborn.. but calm n intelligent.. everyone in our family is suffering with anger but not my baby.. thanks to this meditation.

      Namaskar sir jab main ye meditation karti hu tab mera head kafi niche ki or jhuk jata hai or meri aankhe khul jaati hai dhyan tut jata hai. Uske liye kiya karu . mera head sidha nahi rahega bend ho jata hai

Aur anoh khulne ka karan hai ki apka dhyan apke saar ke aur hai.. puri body ko relax chor dijie.. jo angh jha jara hai jane dijie... Bs ap apne man ko esthir krke pura dhyan apni antr atma mai lgaeye... Ekdum se kch nahi hoga thoda time lgega islie 15 min ke bjae phle 5 min practise krie ..

    Hi sir I want to thank you for this guided meditation. Here I want to share something with you. In june I got infected from corona virus and found that I developed so many symptoms thereafter doctor said u have to be v positive in order to conquer corona and then i thought to do meditation. I came to your video it really helped me in recovering my health but still am on recovering stage.Hope soon I will recover and never stop doing meditation.

    Sir I am practicing this video for the past 4 days..today is the 5th day. Believe me sir I used to feel extreme pain and vibration in my leg when the video cross 15 min as I was sitting in lotus asan. But today it was 5th day I did not realise any pain or vibration on my leg but later I came out of the meditation I felt the pain and vibration. It means I was completely lost I could not even felt pain on the legs due to meditation.
