World of Tanks: Object 257: Is It OP? Or Just Plain Bad? (Ace Tanker Gameplay)

Today I have a game for you in the Object 257, until my recent 3 marking of the tank I had never actually played it! And obviously I had heard many things about this tank, but which comments were true, the good or the bad?

This was 1 of my first T9s I enjoyed but I was a noob at that point so I was only getting about 1.8 dpg, I recently after 2-3 got it back again and got it 3rd marked, Lots of fun, I think you slightly under rate it, The armour in this thing when used correctly it’s stupid OP but with experience don’t fuck with 150mm guns because you will get penned no problem, the APCR on this tank it’s really nice and so is the heat, the gun can derp but is decent, The tank is also quite fast (using field Mods) I have 50KPH speed and it can reach it. This tanks side armour is really troll and it will bounce the most stupid things. Overall this tank IF played correctly is a very good tank.

I just didn’t get on with it was well as in the T-10 or the WZ 111 1-4, but tbh I prefer the lower armour but better gun and more mobility play style! I just think with this tank the armour isn’t good enough to sacrifice the gun as much as it does, like you say played well it can be really good but against a great player it does feel a bit weak for me

@@msimpson54 definitely in some situations the T10 is better. But in some situation the 257 is just something else

Before I got the emil2 this was my favourite tier 9 I always tried to get in close and brawl

As I said I just feel you come up against a good played then it’s just bad cause the weak spots are huge and the front is weak, I prefer the T-10 the armour is worse but you get a much better gun and a more mobile

Good against anything T7, mediocre against T8, bad against T9 and horrible inadequate against T10. In short, a bad tank.
