    The very best part about Maple Ridge is the commute heading west, but wait it get's better when returning home after work it is bumper to bumper all the way home to 232'nd Street. It does not really matter what route you take--The Old Dewdney seems better that the Lougheed Hwy.

      I agree it's a bottleneck from 200 St going east after work! One of the cons of living in Maple Ridge for sure.

    I know this is 3 yrs old but now housing is way more expensive, I wonder the rate of housing inflation here. I live in the lowest income neighborhood (ghetto) and the single family homes are going for $1.2-$1.6 mil

    Lil update, everything is way more expensive. Town houses reaching up to 700k-900k depending on size and location, housing crisis real

    Jesus Christ that’s expensive. I paid less than these prices in San Diego. Who the hell would pay that much to have it rain literally every day?

    Actually--Thank you on the information about Maple Ridge--one of the best places to live because most people in MR are friendly--compared with Burnaby/Vancouver

    Wow in the first part of the video notice the lack of trees? That's maple ridge ? It looks absolutely bare of trees which we need to breathe and clean our air why would you want to live on a street with a couple of skimpy dead shrubs? They did this in my nabourhood to all the new houses have no trees on the property it's a shame that people are allowed to take our resources like that and that they would be stupid enough to ruin their own natural habitat

    • @Darthloopgames
      @Darthloopgames 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Morgan B there are many trees here actually

    We have way too many people, cars, high density housing and sprawl. Our services do not have the capacity for any more people. Bringing more people here for profit is unconscionable and deeply insulting to the residents and people who work in our services. Shameful greedy and sad.

    • @jesssandhu9432
      @jesssandhu9432 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I went to Maple Ridge growing up the services there are very limited. The city either needs to keep up with the growing population or stop people from coming

      Oh fuck off, people have the right to move anywhere they please, you don't own the place & get to decide who can & can't live there. And for your information EVERYWHERE eventually get more & more residents over time.
