Great video, as always. I did that install on my C8. I got it from AGM. I was a little disappointed with a couple of things. On mine the herringbone in the carbon did not exactly match the center line of the car. Also the the brackets for the the back up sensors didn't line up as well as I wanted. I was wondering how you made out with both of those issues. As far as getting to that nut on the passenger side. I found removing the wheels and completely removing both inner tubs was a great help. I"ve seen other guys leave both on, and just remove a few screws from the tub and get to to the hardware. I didn't want to make it more difficult. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the comment bud! Yeah taking off the wheel and liner does make it easier for sure to get to the one nut on the passenger side. I honestly couldn't imagine trying to get it done that way though although I know its possible. I did find the herringbone lined up pretty decently that you wouldn't notice it unless your looking specifically at it but not perfect. I wouldn't expect it to be perfect from two different companies as my high wing is from AGM as well. The rear sensor brackets were a bit of challenge also but forgot to mention it in the video. I had to do a small bit of filing of the bracket built into the diffuser to allow the sensor to fit correctly. Past those points, and the ones I mentioned in the video, it did end up working out. Wouldn't want to have to do that job again though lol.

@@NuHorizonC8My wing is also from AGM. You think there will align better? It looks to be more expensive as well.

@NuHorizonC8 Hey Bud, in case you haven't fixed it already .. you definitely have an issue with the bumper matching and mating with the right (passenger side) rear quarter panel. I'm sure you saw this and worked hard to get it to close up 11:45 with no success. I watched a particular video where another member had this same problem and it was said that the larger "wiring harness connector" on that side is the problem. It is NOT properly situated in it's proper location after being re-connected. This will create a situation where you cannot no matter how you try close that gap! (I personally didn't believe this was the issue!) ...The person with the problem reported having gone back and re-situated that harness and was able to close the gap back tightly like it was from the factory. This problem was reported both on Corvette Forum as well as on the TH-cam video I watched. Just wanted to help you sort out the problem. Hope this helps.

That was a lot of work. Was it hard getting the panel gaps right when you installed the rear bumper after you added the diffuser? It looks great.

Thanks Bud! It wasn't too difficult to get the panel gaps to line up but it definitely made it easier having a second set of hands to do this.
