As being an artistic gymnast, it takes a lot of strength and flexibility. This is a great example of what gymnastics is most likely to be. I was very good at all events except for vault when I first started. Before I went to an actual gymnastics gym, I had to give myself a few months to get mobility and flexibility. Now I am one of the best level 10 gymnasts at my gymnastics gym!

Actually, Lana didn't do it the wrong way on bars. Many many many gymnastics do their bars starting on the higher bar giving them a higher score. But she was really confused. She was doing a transition move on a spot-
